Transforming Access to Cloud Infrastructure with Terraform Enterprise

Wayfair has transformed access to cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud using Terraform Enterprise. Their journey began with a growing Terraform monorepo and a custom pipeline built on OSS Terraform. Facing challenges with pipeline maintenance and increasing review burden on platform teams, they built a next-generation solution based on Terraform Enterprise and Google Cloud's folder structure to empower teams to decouple and own their infrastructure safely, with limited oversight. This talk details their transition, the implementation of Terraform Enterprise, and the lessons learned along the way.
